Job Brief

We are looking for data analysts/data encoders to join the Philippine back office team of a London based fast growing startup based in Makati - Legazpi Village. You will be joining a young and highly professional team with great ambition and startup spirit.

Your responsibilities

Your main task is the accurate and efficient encoding of all given data into the system of the company. You will be part of a service providing data to businesses in the food and beverages industry. We are looking for detail-oriented and patient, young professionals with high integrity and the willingness to commit to precise work. You will be properly trained for the job. Your major tasks are

• Analyzing and encoding data while adhering to and meeting schedules and deadlines
• Reporting errors or discrepancies to management
• Performing other tasks that management requires assistance with

Your profile

Must-haves:

• A Bachelor’s/College Degree
• An analytic and keen eye on data and figures (being able to apply and understand basic arithmetic, measurements and conversions)
• Being able to communicate, read and comprehend English
• Being able to type accurately with decent speed (figures)
• Being able to pay attention to details 

Please be prepared that English and basic math skills will be tested in the job interview.

Work schedule: 6-day work week (40 hours per week), 8am to 2.30pm. Rest day isMonday.

For the time being it is WFH. Once the pandemic is over, WFH is partly possible.
