Yes, when you book a Scout&Screen active sourcer, he/she will be working only for you full-time.
It is up to you whether you have weekly, bi-weekly or daily calls with your active sourcer. You choose what and how often you delegate tasks to him/her.
Our team of active sourcers and digital marketing specialists is based in the Philippines. But wherever you are, they will be available at your preferred hours.
